At ProCor, our fee structure is competitive in the marketplace and represents a relationship that ensures commitment on both the parts of our agency and that of the client. It is largely dependent upon such factors as placement volume, account age, balance size, prior handling, agency exclusivity, etc. Considering such, it is necessarily determined on a client-by-client basis. Second placements are also determined on a client-by-client basis.
You will be charged if a debtor pays us or pays you directly. If the debtor pays ProCor, we keep the commission and send you the balance. Statements are processed monthly. If the debtor pays you, you must advise us IMMEDIATELY and we will invoice you for the commission. Reporting direct payments is required by law to avoid legal issues.
